FAQ

Questions, answered gently. If yours isn't here, email us — we read everything.

Is DigiSpicera for you?

DigiSpicera is built for neurodivergent adults who like words such as "neurospicy," "bad brain day," and "spicy nervous system" — casual, self-chosen language instead of clinical terms. We use it deliberately, because for a lot of us it feels like an exhale rather than a diagnosis. If that style doesn't resonate with you, that's genuinely okay — there are wonderful, more clinically-framed resources out there, and we'd rather you find the space that feels safest for you than force a fit that doesn't work.

Why do you use the word 'neurospicy'?

We use "neurospicy" a lot around here — it's a warm, self-chosen, slightly playful term many in our community use for their own brains, and it fits our "practical magic for bad brain days" territory. We know language around neurodivergence is deeply personal, and not everyone connects with this word — and that's completely valid. If "neurospicy" doesn't feel right for you, we hope you find the tools, communities, and language that feel like exactly the right fit for your brain.

Is this therapy?

No. These are printable supports — gentle tools, not treatment. If therapy would help, please pursue it; we are not a substitute for it.

Can I print extra copies?

Yes. Print each worksheet as many times as you need for yourself. Please don't share or resell the files — they're for personal use.

Why no DMs?

Inboxes are quiet. DMs are loud. We want to reply carefully, and email lets us do that.

Will you add more resets?

Sometimes. When we do, we will email everyone who's bought the kit.

Refund policy?

Digital products can't be returned, but if your file won't download or is corrupted, email digispicera@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll fix the file or refund you.

What if my brain is worse after?

That's real and we hear it. Skip the page, drink water, lie down for ten minutes. The kit will still be here when you come back.
