Some days, a full planner is too much to ask.

The Low Battery Planner is four short pages for when your brain has nothing left to give — plus a small-print page that explains how to use it. No streaks, no missed days, no planner guilt. Colour in a battery instead of writing a sentence. Leave a page blank. Come back next week, or next month, or not at all. There’s no wrong way to use this.

Full Product Description

Most planners assume you have energy to spare. The Low Battery Planner assumes you might have none — and works anyway.

It’s a gentle, four-page system designed for the days when even “just write it down” feels like too much. Each page stands alone, so you can use one, use all of them, or skip weeks entirely. This isn’t a planner you keep up with. It’s one you dip into.

Use one page. Use all four. Skip a week, skip a month, come back whenever. There are no missed days here — only the day you’re on.

This is a self-management tool, not a health product — a place to put things down, not a system to keep up with. We describe, we never diagnose.

What’s Inside — Page by Page

  • Today (Sage Green): No wrong way to do this. Colour in your energy right now — messy counts — name the one thing that matters, leave optional space for more if there’s more in you, and give whatever’s loud today a line of its own. Nothing here is required. Pick one line, or none.
  • The Week, Loosely (Periwinkle Blue): A shape, not a schedule. A loose seven-day layout with a colour-in energy check per day and one anchor for the week — because some weeks are blank, and that’s a week too.
  • Brain Dump (Peach): Get it out of your head, not into order. Thoughts, worries, random tasks, song lyrics — all of it. Nothing here needs to make sense. It already did its job by leaving your head.
  • Reset (Soft Rose): The day went sideways. That’s allowed. Space for what’s true right now, what you need, and what can wait. You don’t have to finish the day well. You just have to stop.
  • The Small Print (Lavender): Licensing terms, printing notes, and a plain reminder of what this tool is and isn’t.

Who This Might Be For

Made for anyone whose battery runs out faster than the day does — ADHD adults, autistic adults, AuDHD folks, and anyone else who recognises the feeling. If a beautiful, detailed planner has ever made you feel worse for not keeping up with it, this one’s built differently: for zero-energy days, not aspirational ones. No diagnosis required — if the experience sounds familiar, it’s for you.

What This Isn’t

This is not a productivity challenge, a daily streak to maintain, or a test of how organised you are. It’s a printable self-management tool — a place to put things when your brain has too many of them. It is not a health or therapeutic product, and it doesn’t pretend to be one.

FAQ

Is this a physical planner? No — it’s a digital PDF you print at home or annotate with a stylus in a compatible app.

Do I have to use every page? No. Use one page, use all four, or come back to it whenever. There’s no required order and no streak to break.

Do I need the Reset Kit too? No — this stands alone. If you want a fuller toolkit for the bigger bad-brain-days, the Reset Kit is there when you’re ready for more.

Is this a therapeutic or health product? No. It’s a printable organisational tool — a place to put things, not a treatment. We describe, we never diagnose.
